Terms of use
Please read these terms when using the Stephen Juma Foundation website.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms explain the basis on which you may use this website. They apply to the website and its information. Separate written arrangements govern any sponsorship, contribution, program participation or event booking.
Our programs and plans
The website introduces the Foundation’s youth development work and plans in Kenya. We identify planned activities, proposed budgets and future targets so you can distinguish them from current activity. Plans, funding priorities, dates and delivery arrangements may change.
A program description is not an offer of admission, financial assistance, employment or a professional sporting contract. Confirm relevant arrangements before travelling to a venue or making a financial commitment.
Events and sporting participation
The inaugural MMA showcase is a planned event. A listed date or venue does not confirm that bookings, permissions or participation arrangements are complete. This website does not sell tickets. Event participation will be subject to separate eligibility, safeguarding and safety requirements.
Information about sport and fitness is general information, not individual medical or training advice. Seek appropriate professional guidance before starting a new activity.
Donations and partnerships
This website does not collect payments or publish payment instructions. An enquiry is an expression of interest and does not create a binding contribution or sponsorship agreement. Financial terms, use of funds, reporting and partner recognition must be agreed separately.
Do not send money to an account or mobile payment number simply because someone claims to represent the Foundation. Verify the recipient and written arrangements through an established Foundation contact. We make no representation here that a contribution qualifies for tax relief.
Using our enquiry forms
Provide accurate information and submit only relevant, lawful messages. Do not send abusive material, malware, another person’s confidential information or sensitive personal records. Do not bypass security controls, overload the service or impersonate another person.
A saved enquiry copy is for your records and has not been delivered. A successful submission confirms acceptance by the receiving service; it does not confirm a partnership, place on a program or response time. If delivery fails or is unavailable, the form will tell you.
Content and intellectual property
You may read and share links to our public pages for lawful purposes. Unless permission or applicable law allows otherwise, do not reproduce our logo, publish our content commercially, alter its meaning or imply that the Foundation endorses you.
Illustrations represent the Foundation’s mission and are not photographs of participants. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant owners.
Privacy and external links
Our privacy policy explains how the website handles personal information. External websites are operated independently and have their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but access may be interrupted and information may need correction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes
See the contact page for current enquiry availability. We do not yet publish a public email address or phone number. These terms may be updated as the website develops; the date above identifies the latest version.
